Model Context Protocol servers for your stack.
We design and ship MCP servers so your tools, site, and agents read from one facts layer — the same synthesized picture of the business. Not a chatbot feature. Not a Zap. Infrastructure for agents that need trusted context.
Deliverables
What we deliver in this engagement.
6 deliverables · scoped per engagement
Context map
Which systems hold the truth — CRM, site content, ops docs, calendars — and which facts agents must never invent.
MCP server design
Scoped tools and resources your agents and IDEs can call: read facts, list services, surface FAQs, hand off to humans.
Auth and guardrails
Permissioned access, rate limits, and clear failure modes. When the server does not know, it says so.
Wiring to the brain
MCP sits on the same synthesized picture as your Website, Visibility, Agents, and Automations — not a sidecar knowledge base.
Hosted or self-hosted path
Deploy options that fit your security model. You own the contract and the repo for what we build.
Operator docs
How to extend tools, rotate credentials, and keep the facts layer honest as the business changes.
Outcomes
The numbers we work to.
- One facts layer
- Shared
- After a conversation
- Scoped
- Says when it does not know
- Honest
- Your repo, your controls
- Owned
How we work
How your MCP engagement runs.
Step 01
Map the facts
Inventory systems, permissions, and the questions agents actually need answered.
Step 02
Ship the server
Design tools and resources, implement the MCP surface, and wire auth and logging.
Step 03
Connect agents
Point Agents, Automations, and operator tools at the same server. Expand tools as gaps get recorded.

What is MCP in plain English?
Model Context Protocol is a standard way for AI tools to call into your systems for facts and actions. LuminaForge builds the servers so agents and tools share one picture of the business instead of scraping pages or guessing.
Is this the same as a chatbot on my site?
No. The site greeter is an Agent surface. MCP is the facts layer underneath — what tools and agents are allowed to read and do. They compound; they are not the same SKU.
Do you publish MCP pricing packages?
No. MCP engagements are scoped after a conversation based on systems, permissions, and how many agent surfaces will consume the server.
Do you invent client MCP metrics?
No. We describe the offer honestly. Public case metrics stay limited to published work on /work. We do not invent MCP performance numbers for this page.
