Privacy policy

This policy describes how SASSE LLC d/b/a LuminaForge.AI (“LuminaForge”, “we”, “our”) collects and uses information when you visit https://luminaforge.ai or engage us for professional services.

What we collect

  • Inquiry data. Information you submit through the contact form: name, email, company, current website (optional), project type, budget band, and message.
  • Booking data. When you book a call via our Cal.com embed, your name, email, time-zone, and the call details are processed by Cal.com under their privacy policy.
  • Performance and product analytics. Aggregated, anonymized Web Vitals and pageview data via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. No personally identifying information is collected.
  • Google Analytics 4.Public marketing pages load Google's gtag with measurement ID G-4914GV0N0V (GA4 property 538603331) so LuminaForge can see whether organic search reaches luminaforge.ai. Google may collect standard usage data under Google's privacy policy. We do not use a second marketing-analytics vendor.
  • Server logs. Standard request logs (IP, user agent, URL) retained for at most 30 days for security and abuse monitoring.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and operate our services.
  • To send transactional email related to your engagement.
  • To monitor and improve the performance of luminaforge.ai.
  • To prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers strictly required to operate the site:

  • Vercel — hosting, edge delivery, and analytics.
  • Google — Analytics 4 measurement on public marketing pages (G-4914GV0N0V).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Cal.com — call booking.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot mitigation on the contact form.

AI crawlers

We explicitly allow AI crawlers (GPTBot, ChatGPT-User, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended, Applebot-Extended, and others) to index our public marketing content. We do not allow them on private or transactional endpoints.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@luminaforge.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated via this page's “Last updated” date.
