Every specialist drafts. Your people decide.
Agents are named digital specialists for roles like front desk, follow-up, intake, and booking. Each one does the reading, the assembly, and the first draft. The person keeps every decision that matters. The on-site greeter is one agent surface, not the product. Automations that staff those roles live in Automations & Workflows when the process review calls for pipes.
Deliverables
What we deliver in this engagement.
7 deliverables · scoped per engagement
Named specialists by role
Front desk, follow-up, intake, booking, and similar roles. Each specialist gets a clear job, guardrails, and handoff rules so humans keep every decision that matters.
Brand-trained system prompt
Tone, services, guardrails, and CTAs co-authored with you. Calibrated against your voice and reviewed before launch.
Grounded in how you run
Specialists and automations answer from your process map and approved facts, not the open web. When something is unknown, they say so and the gap gets recorded.
Shared context (MCP)
When tools and agents need one source of facts, we ship a Model Context Protocol layer as part of the Agents engagement. Same picture of how the business runs. /services/mcp permanently redirects here.
Automations when pipes are needed
For intake, follow-up, and scheduling workflows, see Automations & Workflows. Agents are the specialists; Automations are the pipes.
On-site assistant (one agent surface)
Optional website surface that qualifies leads, answers questions, and books calls. Same class as Lumina on this site. One agent among several, not the entire technique.
Conversation analytics + human handoff
Summaries, tags, and a private dashboard of what visitors and leads actually ask. Ready prospects hand off to Cal.com or your team without a form maze.

How we work
How your Agents engagement runs.
Step 01
Roles + scope
We pick which specialist roles and automations matter first, co-author prompts and guardrails, and confirm handoffs. You approve before any code ships.
Step 02
Ground + integrate
We ground specialists in approved facts, wire website or channel surfaces, set rate limits and analytics, and run a closed beta with your team.
Step 03
Launch + expand roles
Go live on the surfaces you chose. We review transcripts monthly, tune prompts, and add roles and automations as the process review said you should.

9 Q&As · FAQPage schema
What is an Agent?
An Agent is a named specialist for roles like front desk, follow-up, intake, or booking. It does the reading, the assembly, and the first draft. Your people decide. The on-site chat widget is one agent surface, not the whole product. This URL used to say AI Employees. Same offer, clearer name.
How is this different from a generic chatbot?
Generic chatbots are rule trees or SaaS widgets bolted onto a page. Agents are grounded in how your business runs and scoped to real roles. Lumina on luminaforge.ai is a live sample of one agent surface, not a separate chatbot SKU.
Where do automations and workflows live?
Intake, follow-up, scheduling, and internal workflows are scoped under Automations & Workflows (/services/automations). Agents are the specialists; Automations are the workflows those specialists (and your team) run on.
What is shared context / MCP?
Model Context Protocol is a standard way for AI tools to call into your systems for facts. LuminaForge scopes that facts layer with Agents when tools disagree on what is true. /services/mcp permanently redirects here.
Do Agents replace headcount?
No. That is not how we sell this. Specialists draft. Your people keep every decision that matters. The goal is capacity and consistency, not a replacement pitch.
Which model powers Agents?
Default is Grok via xAI for fast, capable streaming. The architecture abstracts the model behind a provider switch, so we can deploy on xAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google with an environment variable. You are never locked in.
How do you prevent hallucinations and abuse?
Three layers. (1) System-prompt guardrails that forbid invented stats, prices, or URLs and route ambiguous questions to a human. (2) Grounding so the agent answers from approved facts first, and says plainly when it does not know. (3) Per-IP rate limiting, message-length caps, and prompt-injection defenses on every request.
Can an Agent book a meeting?
Yes. When a visitor or lead is sales-ready, the agent surfaces your Cal.com or Calendly booking path and hands off cleanly. No contact-form detour required for the booking surface.
How much does an Agent engagement cost?
LuminaForge does not publish an Agents package price. Scope follows the process review: which roles, which surfaces, and how the specialists stay grounded. We quote after we understand the need.
