These terms govern your use of https://luminaforge.ai (“Site”) operated by LuminaForge (“LuminaForge”, “we”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. Engagements for professional services are governed by a separate signed agreement and take precedence over anything on this page.

Use of the Site

  • You may view, print, and link to public pages on the Site.
  • You may not attempt to disrupt the Site, probe for vulnerabilities outside our coordinated disclosure program, scrape personal information, or submit unlawful content via the contact form.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including writing, code samples, visual design, brand assets, and the LuminaForge name and logo — is owned by LuminaForge or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the source URL.

Engagements

Any commercial engagement with LuminaForge is established only through a signed statement of work or master services agreement. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to enter into such an engagement.

The Site is provided “as is.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
