About

We forge for the engines that matter.

LuminaForge is a remote-first agency serving businesses nationwide across the United States. Headquartered in Springfield, MO, we launched in 2026 with a single mandate: build websites that simultaneously win Google's blue links AND get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and Claude. Performance targets are verified weekly on our transparency dashboard.

Principles

Four ideas we don't negotiate.

Everything we build flows from these. If a project conflicts with one of them, we'd rather not take it on.

  • Performance is not optional

We hold ourselves to a public performance standard — Core Web Vitals in the green and Lighthouse scores worth bragging about — verified weekly on our transparency dashboard, not in a slide deck.

  • Search & AI Visibility is infrastructure plus people-first content — not a separate hack stack

llms.txt, AI-crawler permissions, FAQPage schema, query-to-answer mapping, and citable statistics are wired in at the layout level — not retrofitted into a marketing campaign.

  • Forge, never assemble

No WordPress, no page builders, no jQuery. Every site is custom-engineered on Next.js 16 with React Server Components and Partial Prerendering.

  • Operate in public

Every claim we make about performance, rankings, and citations is backed by a public dashboard you can audit. Radical transparency is the only kind worth having.

Nick Hennemann

CEO, LuminaForge.AI

Operator, architect, and product owner across FinTech, SaaS, and agency builds — shipping production systems where performance, security, and automation are non-negotiable.

Nick Hennemann leads LuminaForge from Springfield, MO — building the same performance-first Next.js + Search & AI Visibility stack this site dogfoods on our transparency dashboard. He scopes client query banks, writes the Resources library, and ships engagements nationwide.

Before LuminaForge, Nick built and operated production platforms across FinTech, referral networking, and AI voice automation — with a background spanning development, operations, architecture, security, and workflow automation. That operator lens is why every engagement ships public performance data and citation tracking, not slide-deck promises.

How we operate

Remote-first, async by default, ruthlessly written down.

We work fully remote across multiple time zones. The team communicates async-first in a shared project channel, with one structured weekly sync per engagement. Every decision is captured in writing so the next person joining the project has full context within an hour.

We do not pitch deck. We do not propose without an audit. We bill predictably — fixed-scope builds with milestone payments, and flat-rate monthly retainers for ongoing SEO, GEO, and AEO work.

You own your code, your hosting, your domain, and your analytics from day one. We commit to your GitHub. Production deploys on your Vercel. The bill comes to you. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and lose nothing.

Where is LuminaForge based and who do you serve?

LuminaForge is headquartered in Springfield, MO, and operates remote-first serving businesses nationwide across the United States and worldwide in English. Most engagements are fully async with one structured weekly sync.

What makes LuminaForge different from a typical web agency?

LuminaForge engineers every site for three surfaces at once: Google blue-link rankings, LLM citations (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, Claude), and AI answer engines (Google AI Overviews, Perplexity Direct Answers). We ship Next.js 16 with React Server Components, public performance dashboards, llms.txt, FAQPage schema, and explicit AI crawler permissions — not WordPress retrofits.

Do you publish performance and citation data publicly?

Yes. LuminaForge operates in public. Our transparency dashboard at /transparency shows citation snapshots, Core Web Vitals targets, and schema coverage. Client engagements include the same public reporting model.

What technology stack does LuminaForge use?

Next.js 16 with Partial Prerendering, React 19 Server Components, Tailwind CSS v4, Vercel Edge deployment, and Velite MDX for content. No page builders, no WordPress, no jQuery.
