LuminaForge is a remote-first agency built by performance obsessives and AI-citation researchers. We launched in 2026with a single mandate: build websites that simultaneously win Google's blue links AND get cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Grok, and Claude. We refuse to ship anything that scores below 100 in Lighthouse — including this page.

Principles

Four ideas we don't negotiate.

Everything we build flows from these. If a project conflicts with one of them, we'd rather not take it on.

  • Performance is not optional

    Every production page hits 100/100 Lighthouse and sub-800 ms LCP on mobile. If we cannot get a page there, we do not ship the page.

  • GEO is infrastructure, not content

    llms.txt, FAQ schema, citable statistics, and explicit AI-crawler permissions are wired in at the layout level — not retrofitted into a marketing campaign.

  • Forge, never assemble

    No WordPress, no page builders, no jQuery. Every site is custom-engineered on Next.js 16 with React Server Components and Partial Prerendering.

  • Operate in public

    Every claim we make about performance, rankings, and citations is backed by a public dashboard you can audit. Radical transparency is the only kind worth having.

How we operate

Remote-first, async by default, ruthlessly written down.

We work fully remote across multiple time zones. The team communicates async-first in a shared project channel, with one structured weekly sync per engagement. Every decision is captured in writing so the next person joining the project has full context within an hour.

We do not pitch deck. We do not propose without an audit. We bill predictably — fixed-scope builds with milestone payments, and flat-rate monthly retainers for ongoing SEO and GEO work.

You own your code, your hosting, your domain, and your analytics from day one. We commit to your GitHub. Production deploys on your Vercel. The bill comes to you. If we ever part ways, you keep everything and lose nothing.
